DEDICATED

As a dedicated driver for XPO Logistics, you’ll haul dedicated customer freight on various trailer types to distribution centers, plant-to-plant, and customer locations. You will get predictable weekly or daily home time depending on customer plus top miles, and a generous sign-on bonus.

LOCAL

Local drivers earn competitive pay and get home daily with some locations having the occasional Saturdays based on customer need. You will enjoy a generous sign-on bonus with the opportunity to make great pay and the potential for shift differential. Local freight is for dry van freight and some endorsements may be required.

REGIONAL

XPO Logistics regional drivers also earn competitive CPM plus accessorial pay with weekly home time and the potential to get home more often. As a regional driver, you’ll work a predictable schedule with some locations scheduling occasional Saturdays. This driving position includes a generous sign-on bonus, no-touch freight, and drop and hook on both ends.

TEAMS

Team truck drivers start earning big out of the gate with a huge sign-on bonus for each driver plus weekly minimum GUARANTEED. You can hit $110,000 annually (guaranteed $2,115/week)! Your CDL-A driving team will get plenty of miles each week hauling dry van freight with no endorsement required. No Team Partner? No problem – XPO will help pair you with a driver!
