This recent acquisition empowers Celebrity Coaches, a luxury transportation leader based in Nashville, to provide services to a wider range of clients, whether they’re up-and-coming musicians or seasoned performers. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Launched in 2005 and headquartered in Hendersonville, Tennessee, Celebrity Coaches has a well-established reputation for providing premium transportation services to the entertainment world, professional sports teams, and elite clients. Their current fleet includes more than 60 Prevost buses and trailers, all outfitted with upscale interiors and state-of-the-art technology.
With this acquisition of BandWagon RV Rentals, Celebrity expands its ability to cater to the unique needs of performers across the board.
BandWagon RV’s Role and Expertise
BandWagon RV Rentals, established in 2009, is best known for its BandWagon RV vehicles, which offer an affordable alternative to high-end tour buses. These vehicles are especially suited for artists and crews performing at smaller venues.
BandWagon’s leadership team, including Founder Marvin Clarke and President Jeremy Clarke, will remain active within the newly unified company. This marks Celebrity Coaches’ third acquisition since Allied Industrial Partners became an investor in early 2024. Allied Industrial Partners, a private equity firm founded in 2019, manages over $1 billion in assets and focuses on high-growth industries, including rentals, manufacturing, and environmental services.
