Coach USA Partners with TBN to Simplify Charter Bookings

Coach USA has announced a collaboration with The Bus Network (TBN) to overhaul its charter booking process, making it faster and more user-friendly for customers.

The partnership brings TBN’s state-of-the-art cloud-based platform into Coach USA’s operations. This technology, designed specifically for the motorcoach industry, helps companies like Coach USA improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and maintain top-tier data security.

“This new partnership will allow us to enhance the online experience specifically for our charter customers as we work to easily provide quotes and stay ahead of market trends,” said Colin Emberson, Vice President of Commercial for Coach USA. “Not only will it enhance the front-end experience for our users, but it will also expedite the quoting process for our staff to optimize internal workloads.”

Christian Riddell, CEO of The Bus Network, praised Coach USA’s forward-thinking approach.

“We’re thrilled that after a thorough evaluation of what’s available today and what’s emerging in the market, Coach has chosen TBN to power their operations,” Riddell said. “We’re excited that Coach is empowering their customers with a more seamless, modern solution that consumers increasingly expect in every part of their digital lives.”

Coach USA, one of the largest transportation companies in the country, operates buses across major cities and regions. This collaboration reflects their ongoing commitment to innovation and improving the customer experience in an increasingly digital world.
