2025 Dallas CD/NLA Show Reveals Full Schedule for Must-Attend Fall Event

Chauffeur Driven (CD) and the National Limousine Association (NLA) are gearing up for their 2025 Fall Show, set for October 25–28 at the Gaylord Texan near Dallas, Texas. The finalized schedule promises a mix of education, networking, and industry insights, making this the premier event for operators across all markets.

Saturday: Technology Day with Limo Anywhere Academy

The fun kicks off Saturday at noon with a focus on technology. Limo Anywhere Academy hosts a hands-on afternoon packed with product demonstrations, role-specific breakout sessions, and practical insights. Operators can explore new features, understand future developments, and connect with both the Limo Anywhere team and fellow attendees.

Sunday through Tuesday: Education and Networking

The three-day educational program officially begins Sunday, offering seminars, roundtables, and networking opportunities for operators of all sizes. The CD/NLA Show Education Committee, co-chaired by Jason Sharenow of Broadway Elite Worldwide and Karl Guenther of Statement Limousine, curated fresh content covering operations, marketing, leadership, finances, and safety.

Key sessions include:

  • Customer Experience Coach John Formica: Secrets to Attract More Customers, Build Loyalty, and Have an Abundance of Referrals Today. Formica shares strategies to connect with clients and make your service the go-to in your community.
  • Behavioral Psychologist Paul Atchley, PhD: Distracted Driving Affects Your Business More Than You Realize, exploring the disconnect between risk and behavior and offering strategies to improve safety on the roads.

Operator Mentoring Program

Sunday at 4:30 p.m. highlights the Operator Mentoring Program. With 24 mentors representing a range of company sizes, specialties, and markets, attendees receive personalized guidance in a small-group format. Advance registration is required to secure preferred mentors.

Evening Entertainment and Networking

Saturday evening features a State Fair of Texas-inspired event, sponsored by Ultimate Toys. Attendees can enjoy carnival games, popcorn, cotton candy, an open bar, and even mechanical bull rides while connecting with vendors and peers in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

State of the Industry Panel

Monday afternoon brings the State of the Industry presentation, moderated by CD President Chris Weiss and sponsored by Driving Transactions. Ken Lucci provides a data-driven overview, followed by insights from a panel of operators reflecting on the current business climate.

Exhibit Hall and Vendor Showcases

Monday and Tuesday, attendees explore the expansive show floor, featuring vehicles, tech solutions, products, and services designed to boost efficiency, safety, and profitability. Lunch is served both days, and a limited number of exhibitor booths remain available.

Networking Events and Forums

Dedicated events include the Women in the Industry evening on Monday and the Affiliate Central Global Partner Forum on Tuesday, offering opportunities to expand networks nationally and globally. Attendees can even purchase tables for more targeted interactions.

Closing Celebration at Glass Cactus

The show concludes Tuesday night at the Gaylord Texan’s Glass Cactus. Enjoy lakeside sunset views, live music from the Red Wine Band, and a high-energy networking celebration to cap off the event.
