Bambi NEMT and CTS Team Up to Make Daily Operations Easier for Drivers and Providers

Bambi Health and CTS introduce a new integrated system that streamlines NEMT trip scheduling, routing, billing, and driver workflows. Learn how this upgrade supports smoother operations and faster revenue cycles for NEMT providers and drivers.

Running NEMT isn’t easy. Between last-minute schedule changes, messy trip assignments, long billing wait times, and the nonstop pressure to keep patients moving safely, drivers and providers often end up juggling more administrative work than actual transportation.

A new partnership aims to flip that reality.

Bambi Health has officially launched its direct trip integration with Coordinated Transportation Solutions (CTS), giving NEMT providers a smoother, more automated way to manage the workday. CTS, a long-trusted national NEMT broker, and Bambi, a leading software platform, are joining forces to cut down on admin overload and help drivers and dispatchers stay focused on what matters most: reliable service for riders who depend on it.

“This integration with Bambi shows our commitment to operational excellence. Our vision is to build high-performing provider networks that deliver professional, reliable transportation for our members.”— Steven Feist, VP & COO of CTS

Less Paperwork, Faster Trip Flow

With this integration, CTS trips drop directly into the Bambi system — no more copy-and-paste, no more manual entry, and no more hoping nothing gets missed on a busy morning. Once trips hit the platform, Bambi’s automated tools organize and schedule them right away, helping drivers avoid confusion and dispatchers avoid all the usual chaos.

Cleaner Routing and Real-Time Driver Tools

Drivers get an immediate upgrade through the Bambi Driver App. Instead of juggling calls, texts, and paper logs, drivers can see every update in real time. Trip statuses sync automatically, routing is streamlined, and facilities get clearer arrival ETAs. That means fewer check-in calls from clinics and less back-and-forth with dispatch.

Faster Billing, Faster Pay Cycles

The integration also sends completed trip data straight back to CTS. This eliminates one of the biggest frustrations in the NEMT world: delayed billing. Faster, cleaner billing means transportation companies can get paid quicker — which often leads to steadier work, consistent schedules, and more support for drivers.

“Bambi is fundamentally reimagining how NEMT operations can and should work,” said Nirav Chheda, CEO of Bambi Health. “Every minute a provider spends on inefficient paperwork or clunky software is a minute stolen from providing a better transportation experience and building a successful NEMT business.”

“After 17 years in NEMT operations, I’ve learned that when we equip our transportation provider partners with innovative technology and comprehensive support, we create a multiplier effect extending far beyond individual trips,” said Steven Feist, VP & COO of CTS. “This integration with Bambi shows our commitment to operational excellence. Our vision is to build high-performing provider networks that deliver professional, reliable transportation and ensure every member reaches the care they need.”

A Boost for Providers, Dispatchers, and Drivers Alike

By combining CTS’s broker network with Bambi’s automation, the partnership gives providers tools usually found in larger healthcare systems — but now tailor-made for NEMT. For drivers, this means clearer schedules, less waiting, and more time spent moving patients rather than pushing paperwork.

For NEMT companies ready to improve efficiency and create a smoother workflow from pick-up to billing, the upgrade is now available through Bambi NEMT.
