Bambi Announces 2026 NEMT Scholarship Program to Upgrade Fleet Operations

Bambi launches the 2026 NEMT Scholarship Program to provide one deserving fleet with a full year of software, onboarding, and support, helping operators streamline operations, improve rider care, and grow their business.

Bambi, a leading software provider for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) providers, has launched its 2026 NEMT Scholarship Program. The initiative is designed to help one deserving NEMT business upgrade to modern, efficient software that simplifies daily operations and enhances service for riders.

The program, titled “New Year, New NEMT Operations,” provides a full 12-month Bambi software license along with complete onboarding, data migration, and implementation support. This ensures the winning company can transition smoothly from outdated systems or manual processes without incurring additional costs.

How the Scholarship Works

Award: One NEMT business will receive a 12-month license for Bambi’s software, including onboarding, data migration, and full implementation support.
Consolation Award: Every valid entry receives a “2026 Kickoff Discount,” offering the first month of Bambi software for just $69, regardless of fleet size.
Eligibility: Open to NEMT business owners and decision-makers in the United States who are not current Bambi customers.
Entry Period: December 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT.
Submission: Applicants can submit a video (minimum one minute) or a written entry (minimum 500 words) explaining their current operational challenges and their goals for 2026.

Entries can be submitted via social media by tagging Bambi with #BambiScholarship, through a direct message, or by email to [email protected]. Written entries can also be submitted via the official scholarship form at https://www.hibambi.com/scholarship-program.

Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges based on operational need, clarity of vision, and creativity. Notification will be sent by January 15, 2026.
